Employers in New York State must provide their employees with sexual harassment prevention training. Training must be conducted annually and must include exempt, non-exempt, part-time workers, and temporary workers. Our training complys with the following requirements:

New York City Employers



Businesses located in New York City employing 15 or more employees much provide compliant sexual harassment prevention training. Full-time and part-time employees as well as interns must be trained. New hires must be trained within 90 days of hire. Our training complys with the following requirements:




  • An explanation of sexual harassment as a form of unlawful discrimination under local law


  • A statement that sexual harassment is also a form of unlawful discrimination under state and federal law
